The Concierge Tech is an independent Apple Certified Macintosh Technician and Personal Technology Consultant specializing in the Apple Ecosystem. Services include General Troubleshooting, System Setup, Wired and Wireless Networking, Time Machine and Network Attached Storage (NAS) Backup Strategies, Ethernet Cabling and Terminating, Computer and Hard Drive Data Recovery and Replacement.

With extensive knowledge of Apple’s preinstalled applications, iCloud, iPad, iPhone, and Apple TV setup and synchronization, FileMaker Pro, the Microsoft Office suite for Mac, and VMware and Windows on Mac, The Concierge Tech can also help with peripheral hardware including eero Pro MESH wireless systems, Ring security products, and Sonos smart home audio systems.

The Concierge Tech has worked with computers and technology since 1982, and with the Apple Macintosh platform through previous disciplines as a Musician and Composer, Music Editor in the Recording, Film, and TV industries, a Compact Disc Mastering Engineer, and an Audio Engineer-Producer for Sound Library and Music Software Companies, culminating as a Voting Member of the Grammy Awards from 2001 to 2021.
